Create your account
Sign up and pick a term — the same account works for the Premiere and After Effects plugins too.

Download and install
Unzip and run the installer. EditFast installs beside DaVinci and adds itself to DaVinci’s Scripts menu.

Connect and go
Open DaVinci and a project, then once: Workspace → Scripts → EditFast. The EditFast window connects by itself — sign in with the same account.

The ones that come up most
Yes — the free DaVinci Resolve and Studio, version 21 and newer, on Windows and Mac. Everything EditFast does works in the free one; only DaVinci’s own AI features (voice isolation, magic mask, smart reframe) are Studio’s, and EditFast AI says so instead of trying.
Since version 21.1 the free DaVinci loads no plugins. So EditFast is an app beside DaVinci, and the line between them is a small script DaVinci runs from its own Scripts menu — once each time you open DaVinci. The EditFast window says when it is connected.
No. Every cut and every grade goes on a copy of the timeline that EditFast opens for you; your own timeline stays exactly as it was. Captions, sounds and b-roll go on tracks of their own above your clips, never over them.
Yes. Text+ writes Arabic right to left with joined letters, and the spoken word lights up exactly where it sits on screen — even in a line that mixes Arabic, English words and numbers.
No. Every tool stays open for as long as you subscribe. Credits are for EditFast AI only, because every request runs a large AI model. Every plan comes with free credits, you can add a pack whenever you like, and credits never expire.
Each one has its own subscription, on the same account — so you sign in to all of them with the same email and password.
No. Projects and footage stay on your machine. Transcription sends the audio only, and nothing is kept. EditFast AI sees the frames it asks to look at, nothing else.
If something is technically wrong, talk to us first and we will try to fix it. If we cannot, you get a refund within the first 48 hours.
By card, and it switches on at once. From Egypt you can also transfer by InstaPay or a mobile wallet and enter the transaction reference; it switches on as soon as we have checked it.
