Unzip the file
Right-click the downloaded file and choose Extract All. Inside you will find the extension folder and a file called Install EditFast v2.bat — that is the installer.
There is an installer that does the work. You unzip and run it; it puts the extension where it belongs.
Windows and macOS warn about any installer that is not signed yet with a Microsoft or Apple certificate. We are working on those certificates so the warning stops appearing — until then, this is how to get past it in a minute.
If this message appears, press Okay to close it.
Right-click Install EditFast v2.bat and choose Run as administrator.
Windows asks whether to allow it — press Yes and the installer opens. The name you will see, Windows Command Processor from Microsoft, is Windows itself running the installer.
Still refused? Right-click the ZIP you downloaded → Properties → tick Unblock at the bottom → OK, then extract it again and run the installer.
If this Not Opened message appears, press Done — not Move to Trash.
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll down to Security. A line says the installer was blocked, with an Open Anyway button beside it — press it.
Enter your Mac password (or use Touch ID), and if it asks again press Open Anyway — the installer opens.
No button there? It only stays for about an hour after you try to open the file — open the installer once more, then go back to Settings.
Got is damaged and can’t be opened instead, with no Open Anyway anywhere? Press Cancel — never Move to Trash. Nothing is wrong with the file: macOS says that about anything it downloaded that Apple has not signed. Open Terminal, type this and leave a space, drag the installer into the window, and press Return:
bash
That works on every version of macOS, with no password and no settings. To make double-clicking work from now on, run the same way with xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine and drag in the folder holding the installer.

Right-click the downloaded file and choose Extract All. Inside you will find the extension folder and a file called Install EditFast v2.bat — that is the installer.
No copying, no pasting, no folders. The installer puts the extension where it belongs on its own.
If a prompt asks whether to allow it, press Yes. The installer only writes to your own user folders. If Windows blocks the file altogether, press Trouble installing? above.
Then wait for the bar to reach 100%. If Premiere was open during the install, close and reopen it afterwards.
From the menu: Window → Extensions → EditFast v2. Sign in with the same account as the site and your subscription activates on this machine.
Double-click the file you downloaded. It unpacks next to it into a folder holding the extension and a file called Install EditFast v2.command — that is the installer.
Not a double-click. The file is not signed by Apple, and double-clicking it will be refused. Right-click, choose Open, then Open again in the dialog — that is what gets past Gatekeeper. On newer macOS, if you get Not Opened, press Done and see Trouble installing? above.
It will not ask for a password. Everything is written inside your own Library folder, not the system.
The archive carries two builds of FFmpeg — one for Apple Silicon, one for Intel. The installer works out which Mac this is, keeps the right one and deletes the other. Nothing for you to do.
From the menu: Window → Extensions → EditFast v2. Sign in with the same account as the site and your subscription activates on this machine.
Run it from the folder you extracted, not from inside the zip. Windows runs files from inside an archive in a temporary place that does not contain the rest, so the installer cannot find the extension.
Close Premiere completely and reopen it — it only reads extensions at startup. If it still does not appear, run the installer again and allow the permission prompt.
Close Premiere and reopen it. If it stays blank the files were probably extracted incompletely — download again and rerun the installer.
Either the connection is down, or the subscription is not active yet. A card payment activates at once; a transfer takes up to 30 minutes. If an hour has passed, message us on WhatsApp.

That is Gatekeeper, not a broken file. Right-click the installer → Open → Open. If it still refuses, open Terminal, type xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine followed by a space, drag the folder into the window and press Enter.
It lost its executable bit while unpacking. Open Terminal, type chmod +x followed by a space, drag the installer into the window, press Enter, then try again.
Quit Premiere completely with Cmd+Q — not the red close button, which leaves it running. Then run the installer again and reopen Premiere.
Those are the tools that need FFmpeg. If the installer told you it would not run, open Terminal and enter brew install ffmpeg — the panel finds it on its own. The tools that do not need it work without it.
